One of the best things to do in Escalante is wake-up in the middle of nowhere. With around 1.8 million acres to explore of the Grand Staircase – Escalante National Monument there is plenty of places to wake-up. You could also spend the day driving scenic routes taking photographs of the area, while viewing birds and wildlife. The BLM and State Parks also offer various different educational programs.
